摘要
目的:运用"染片指引法"提高食物中毒病原菌检出率,缩短检测时间,及时、准确为食物中毒作出病原学诊断提供可靠的科学依据。方法:对102起微生物性食物中毒1406份检样,直接涂片染色,筛选出优势菌直接选种于对口培养基培养,然后直接挑取优势菌落作一次性科、属、群、种(型)鉴定与毒素基因片段测定等验证试验。非优势菌作补漏检测。结果:102起食物中毒检出病原菌96起,检出率为94.12%;检出病原菌20个种,其中细菌性13个种,真菌性7个种,新发现食物中毒病原菌8个。分离到菌株1354株。结论:研究结果,该方法明显缩短检测时间,阳性检出率高,同时操作程序简化,检测工作强度减轻,节省材料。
Objective:To apply the method of "smear staining guidelines" to enhance food poisoning pathogen detection rate and shorten the detecting time to timely and accuratly provide a reliable scientific basis for the diagnosis of food poisoning. Methods: 1406 samples from 102 micro -organisms food poisoning evnets were detected. Directly smear and stain those samples with the method of "smear staining guidelines", select advantage bacteria in the corresponding culture medium from which we selected advantage colonies for one -time authenticating tests such as identification of branch, category, group, species (type) and toxin gene fragments detection. Results: Pathogen was detected in 69 of 102 food poisoning events, the detection rate was 94. 12%. There were 20 kinds of pathogen. Of which, 13 kinds of bacteria and 7 kinds of fungi were found. Totally 1354 strains were isolated and 8 new kinds of pathogen in the poisoned food were found for the first time. Conclusion:The application of the method of" smear staining smear staining" is able to shorten the detecting time significantly, cause a high positive rate, simplify procedures, reduce the intensity of the work of detection and save materials.
