固相萃取HPLC法测定水中莠去津及其降解物的研究 被引量:8

Simultaneous analysis of atrazine and its degradation products in water by solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography

摘要 目的:建立固相萃取HPLC法测定水中莠去津及其降解物的检测方法。方法:水样经Oasis HLB柱富集,甲醇洗脱。以乙腈+水为流动相,Gemini C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d,.5μm)分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:水中莠去津、脱异丙基莠去津、羟基化莠去津、脱乙基莠去津的线性范围为1.0~50.0μg/L,回收率为98.2%~106.8%,RSD均小于6%,最低定量检出限0.10~0.25μg/L。结论:该方法具有快速、灵敏、简便、准确等优点,能满足实际工作的需要。 Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous analysis of atrazine (ATR) and its degradation products in water sample by solid - phase extraction (SPE) and high - performance liquid chromatography. Methods: After water was enriched by Oasis HLB SPE cartridges, the samples were separated on a Gemini C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mmi. d. , 5 μm)by using the mobile phase of water/acetonitrile in gradient elution. Detection was performed by a diode array detector ( DAD ) at 220 nm with an external standard method. Results: Calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.0 - 50.0 μg/L, the extraction recoveries 98.2% - 106. 8%, the RSD less than 6%, and the limits of quantification 0. 10 -0. 25 μg/L for the target compounds of ATR, deisopropylatrazine ( DIA), hydroxyatrazine ( HA), and deethylatrazine (DEA). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and accurate and it can accomodate demand for the real water sample analysis.
