改良QuEChERS-气相色谱法快速检测血中有机磷农药的方法研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:建立一种同时测定中毒者血样中4种有机磷农药的QuEChERS-气相色谱快速检测方法。方法:血样先用甲酸沉淀杂质后,用乙酸乙酯提取,经活性炭、PSA、PEP混合型固相分散净化后,取上清液测定。结果:4种有机磷农药浓度在0.035~3.50μg/m l范围,其线性相关系数在0.9981~0.9999之间,样品加标回收率为73.1%~119.6%,RSD为3.2%~12.6%,最低检出限在0.01~0.02 mg/L之间。结论:该方法简便、快速、回收率高,可满足血样中有机磷农药的快速检测要求。 Objective : To develop a new method to detect four kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in blood by QuEChERS - GC. Methods:The impurities in blood samples were removed by formic acid firstly, then the blood were extracted with ethyl acetate and cleaned up by dispersive - SPE with activated carbon, PSA and PEP and the supernatant were determined. Results: The linear range was 0. 035 - 3.50 μg/ml ( r = 0. 9981 - 0. 9999). The recovery range was 73.1% - 119.6%. RSD was 3.2% 12. 6% , and the lowest detecting limits was 0. 01 -0. 02 mg/L. Conclusion:The method can be used to analyze organopbosphorus pesticides in blood with convenience, rapidity, and high recovery rate.
