麦氏比浊仪检测布鲁氏菌病-特异性血清学SAT探讨

Use DENSIMAT to detect Brucellosis-A scientific approach into specific serological SAT method

目的:为了解决检测布鲁氏菌病时试管凝集试验(SAT)利用肉眼观察其混浊程度所造成的误差。方法:用麦氏比浊仪和特异性血清学检测方法SAT中肉眼观察的结果进行比对。结果:62份被检血清用试管凝集试验与麦氏比浊仪比浊法结果基本一致。

Objective ： To resolve the deviation caused by visual inspection of the turbidity in the SAT method to diagnose Brucellosis. Methods： Use DENSIMAT to diagnose Brucellosis and compare with the results generated by visual inspection in the SAT method. Results：There have 62 tested serum samples to show results that are in substantial agreement between the SAT method and DENSIMAT method.
