摘要
目的:探讨网织红细胞参数在肾移植受者中的临床应用价值。方法:用Sysm exXE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪检测50例肾移植患者术前术后的网织红细胞百分比(RET%)、网织红细胞绝对值(RET#)、未成熟红细胞组分(IRF)、高散射光强度网织红百分比(HFR%)等网织红细胞参数,同时检测其血清尿素氮(BUN)和血肌酐(Cr)水平,并与40名健康体检者进行对比分析。结果:RET%、RET#和IRF在肾移植后均高于移植前(P<0.05);IRF升高时间要早于其他参数;Cr和BUN肾移植后逐渐下降。IRF与Cr、BUN均存有一定的负相关性(分别为r=-0.511和-0.323,P<0.05)。结论:监测肾移植手术后IRF的变化对早期肾功能恢复的判断有一定的临床价值。
Objective:To investigate the change of reticulocyte and its parameters in renal transplantation. Methods:Reticulocyte percentage ( RET% ), reticulocyte absolute value ( RET#), immature reticulocyte fraction ( IRF), high scattered light intensity reticulocyte percentage (HFR%) of 50 renal transplant patients were detected by SysmexXE -2100 automatic blood analyzer on the day before and after transplantion ,compared to 40 healthy persons. The creatinin(Cr) and nitrogen(BUN) were determined with Hitachi 7100A anslyzer. Results: Compared with pre -transplantation, patients showed a increase in RET%, RET# and IRF. After transplantation IRF increased earlier than other reticulocyte parameters. Cr and BUN gradually decreased after transplantation. Negative correlations were found between IRF and Cr ( or BUN) ( r = - 0. 511 or - 0. 323, respectively, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The detection of IRF after transplantation has important clinic value in judging renal function in early stage.
