摘要
目的:了解中山市公共场所空气卫生状况,防止疾病通过空气传播,为制定相应的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法:采用撞击法,于2006~2008年对中山市公共场所空气中细菌总数进行监测,共监测3632间,总合格率94.11%,年度合格率依次为94.84%、93.56%、93.84%,年度间差异无显著性(χ^2=2.081,P〉0.05);旅店业合格率最低(86.45%),理发美容店合格率最高(97.84%);市直辖区旅店业合格率低于镇级,分别为81.07%和88.15%;旅店业中星级和非星级带空调饭店、宾馆和普通旅店招待所合格率分别为80.88%和95.98%。结论:中山市公共场所空气质量总体较好,但旅店业空气中细菌总数合格率较低,应加强对该类场所的监测,提高公共场所的空气质量。
Objective: To understand the air sanitation status of public places to prevent the prevalence of diseases through air in Zhongshan City and provide relative scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods:The item of aerobic bacterial count of public places was tested according to impacting method in Zhongshan from 2006 to 2008. The overall qualification rate of 3632 places was 94. 11%. The qualified rates of air quality were respectively 94. 84% ,93.56% ,93.84% from 2006 to 2008, which have no statistical significance (χ^2 = 2. 081, P 〉 0. 05 ). The qualified rate of air quality in hotel was lowest with 86. 45 % and the one in barber's shop/beauty parlor was highest with 97. 84%. The passing rate of hotel in city was lower than in villages and towns, which were respectively 81.07% and 88. 15%. The qualified rates of star and non - star hotel having air - conditioning and hostel were respectively 80. 88% and 95.98%. Conclusion:The overall air quality of public places in Zhongshan is good, but the passing rate of air quality in hotel is relatively low. The supervision should be strengthened to improve the air quality of public places in Zhongshan City.
