深圳市某区新装修饭店(餐厅)空气质量调查分析 被引量:1

An investigation on indoor air quality of newly decorated restaurants

摘要 目的:了解新装修餐厅空气质量现状,为制定餐厅空气质量防控政策提供科学依据。方法:采用分层抽样方法,抽取深圳市光明新区新装修大中小型餐厅共37家,设置监测点168个,采用现场监测仪器对CO、CO2、甲醛、TVOC、IP、噪声、照度7项指标进行检测。结果:①甲醛最大值为0.306 mg/m3,超出国家标准1.55倍,TVOC最大值2.341 mg/m3,超标2.90倍,IP最大值0.476 mg/m3,超标2.17倍,②项次总合格率仅81.46%,7项指标中以噪声和IP合格率较低,分别为40.5%和48.8%,③大中小3类餐厅在CO2、甲醛、TVOC三项指标合格率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),小型餐厅合格率相对较高。结论:所调查餐厅空气污染情况较为严重,应引起高度重视并迅速采取有效控制措施。 Objective:To investigate the basic status of indoor air quality of newly decorated restaurants in Shenzhen Guangming new district, and to provide scientific basis for formulating policy of controlling public air pollution. Methods:By classifying statistical sampling, we selected 37 units of restaurants in Shenzhen Guangming new district, and analyzed seven indexes of CO, CO2 ,formaldehyde,TVOC, IP et of 168 point by surveillance instruments. Results: The maximum of formaldehyde, TVOC, IP is 0. 306 mg/m^3 ,2. 341 mg/m^3 ,and 0. 476 mg/m^3 ,respectively. 1.55,2. 90,2. 17 times than national standard. The total normal is 81.46 percent, and the normal percent of noise, IP normal is 40. 5, 48.8, respectively. There were statistic differences of CO2 , formaldehyde, TVOC among three kind of restaurants ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Little scale restaurants have higher normal percent than big scale and middle scale. Conclusion :We must take effective measures and pay close attention to the question of indoor air pollution of restaurants for it's heavy pollution status.
