摘要
本文从管理角度对家族企业人才流失做了初步的研究,提出了人才流失与管理因素关系模型,通过对江浙皖地区30余家家族企业的162位员工构成的一个群体进行实证分析。研究发现,家族企业人才流失与管理因素之间存在显著的相关关系;员工工作满意度与人才流失存在显著的线性关系;不同工作满意度对人才流失是有差异的;对于不同员工,人才流失与管理因素呈现动态匹配关系。
The author has done some empirical research of the Brian Drain of Family Enterprise from the view of management and puts forward the influencing model of the relations between the Brian Drain of family enterprise and the factor of management by the questionnaire from the 162 employees of the family enterprises of Jiangsu.Zhejiang and Anhui province. By the statistical analysis of the data, we find there exists the distinct relation between the Brian Drain of family enterprise and the factor of management, distinct linear relation between the Brain Drain and the degree of the employees ' working satisfaction and it' s different between the Brain Drain and the different degree of the employees' working satisfaction. And we find there is dynamic matching relation between the Brian Drain and the factor of management for different employee.
