摘要
本文动态地分析了复合服务模式的演进过程,在确定复合服务价值提供的基础上,描述了对应的集中战略,并结合自助服务和自动化服务对原GAP模型进行了"差距"分析及修正,使扩展的GAP模型对复合服务具有更好的解释力。
This paper gives the dynamic analysis to the evolution of hybrid service delivery process. On the basis of the determining the value offer of the hybrid services, this paper describes the corresponding focus strategy and has a "gap" analysis and amendment to the original GAP model combined with self-service and automated delivered. Finally, this paper extends the GAP model in order to fit the hybrid services.
