摘要 针对风力机风轮设计复杂、造型困难的问题,根据Wilson法的设计流程,采用MATLAB开发了小型风力机叶片气动外形设计的通用程序,自动输出叶片截面空间坐标,解决了MATLAB与Pro/E之间的数据传输问题,程序得到的设计结果直接导入Pro/E,实现了风轮的三维造型。该方法同时完成了风轮的程序化设计和参数化造型,提高了风轮设计与造型的效率和精度。 Aiming at the problems of design complexity and modelling difficulty for the wind wheel of wind mill, according to the design process of Wilson method and adopting MATLAB, the generalized program of the aerodynamic contour design of the vane of small-sized wind mill was developed. The spatial coordinates of vane section were outputted automatically, thus solved the problems of data transmission between MATLAB and Pro/E. The result of design obtained from the program was transmitted directly into Pro/E, and the 3 D modelling of wind wheel was achieved. This method accomplished simultaneously the programming design of wind wheel and the parameterized modelling, thus enhanced the efficiency and precision of the design and modelling of wind wheel.
