Design of disassembling device of two kinds of ammunition connecting piece

由于弹药销毁过程中有大量的螺纹连接元件需要拆卸,为减轻拆卸工作量,提高拆卸效率,在分析研究螺纹连接件安装、拆卸方法的基础上,针对迫击炮弹防潮塞和引信在弹药销毁过程中的快速拆卸,提出了基于夹紧式旋卸和挤压式旋卸的设计思路。阐述了设计原理,分析了相关参数的确定和控制方法,提出了结构设计方案,并试制样机验证了设计方案的可行性,实现了在夹紧方式下对迫击炮弹、榴弹炮弹防潮塞的旋卸和在挤压方式下对迫击炮弹引信的旋卸。经实践表明,夹紧式旋卸装置和挤压式旋卸装置对弹药销毁中的螺纹连接件拆卸,特别是迫击炮弹防潮塞和引信拆卸实用价值显著,使旋卸效率和安全性大幅提高。

Due to the existed large numbered screw thread connection elements need to be disassembled in the ammunition destroying course, for the sake of lightening the disassembly workload and enhance the disassembling efficiency and on the basis of analyzing and studying the method of installing and disassembling the screw thread connection parts, and aimed at the rapid disassembling in the ammunition destroying course of damp-proof plug and fuze of mortar shell, the designing train of thought was put forward based on the clamping mannered revolving disassembly and the compressing mannered revolving disassembly. The designing principle was expounded, the determination of relevant parameters and controlling method were analyzed and the scheme of structural deign was put forward. The prototype has been trial-produced and the feasibility of the designing scheme was verified, thus achieved the revolving disassembly under the clamping manner on the damp-proof plug of mortar shell and howitzer projectile and the revolving disassembly under the compressing manner on the fuze of mortar shell. It has been indicated through practice that the practical values were notable for the disassembly of screw thread connecting pieces in the ammunition destroying course by the clamping mannered revolving disassembling device and the compressing mannered revolving disassembling device, and especially for the disassembly of dampproof plug and fuze of mortar shell, thus made the efficiency and security of revolving disassembly increased by a big margin.
