混合动力行星齿轮动力传动系统方案及参数匹配研究 被引量:7

摘要 从混合动力电动汽车需求考虑,对行星齿轮机构的3个基本构件与发动机、电动机/发电机及发电机组成的6种连接方式进行定量分析比较,确定最佳形式,并设计传动系统方案。依据设计目标、4参数控制策略及传动系统结构特点对发动机、电动机/发电机、发电机、电池、主减速器传动比、行星齿轮机构相关参数等进行参数匹配,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下对动力传动系统进行建模仿真,仿真结果验证了方案的可行性。 Considering from the requirements of hybrid powered electric automobile, the quantitative analysis and comparison has been carried out on three fundamental components of planet gear mechanism and six kinds of connection manners constituted by engine, electric motor/dynamo and generator. The optimal shape was determined, and the scheme of transmission system was designed. On the basis of designing targets, 4 parametric controlling strategy and the structural characteristics of transmission system, the matching of parameters was carried out on the correlated parameters of engine, electric motor/dynamo, generator, cell, transmission ratio of principal reducer of the planet gear mechanism. And the modelling simulation was carried out on the power transmission system under the environment of Matlab/Simulink. The result of simulation verified the feasibility of this scheme.
