摘要
为了进一步提高冷轧带钢产量,缩短退火时间,对罩式退火炉的退火工艺进行了分析,采取措施对退火时间、过剩系数K及过程气氛进行优化。优化试验结果证明,通过优化可缩短保温时间和冷却时间,产量提高19.6%,燃气消耗下降,产品表面质量提高。
In order to further raise the cold rolling strip production efficiency and shorten annealing treatment time,the author analyzes the annealing process of hood type furnace and takes measures to optimize the annealing time,excess coefficient K and process atmosphere.The optimizing test results show that the optimization can shorten holding time and cooling time,increase the output by 19.6%,reduce fuel gas consumption and improve the surface quality.
