介绍了天铁集团焦化厂利用高炉煤气对焦炉进行加热的情况,重点分析了当高炉煤气温度由25℃~35℃上升到45℃~60℃后对焦炉生产的不利影响,采取了电除尘水洗涤措施降低高炉煤气温度,使焦炉的加热系统正常运行。
The article introduces the heating of coke oven by BF gas in Coking Subsidiary,Tiantie,and focuses on analyzing the disadvantages for coke oven production when BF gas temperature rises from 25℃~35℃ to 45℃~60℃.Measures of water washing for electrostatic precipitation are taken to lower the BF gas temperature and the heating system of coke oven runs normally.
