针对天铁热轧1300t侧兑铁式混铁炉兑铁槽接长嘴在使用中出现的问题,分析了影响其使用寿命的主要原因。通过对接长嘴的结构、材质及制作工艺的三次改进,有效地提高了接长嘴的使用寿命,减少了生产备件的费用。

The main reasons affecting the service life of extended nozzle of charging chute are analyzed on the basis of the problems occurring at the application of 1,300 t hot metal mixer at Tiantie.The service life of extended nozzle is effectively prolonged by modification on the structure,material and preparing process.The expenses of spare part are saved as well.
