天铁150m^3石灰竖窑增产、降耗工艺改造实践

Process Modification Practice for Output Increase and Consumption Reduction at 150 m^3 Lime Kiln,Tiantie

分析了气烧石灰竖窑燃料由高、焦炉混合煤气改为纯高炉煤气后其燃料热值降低的现状。通过对气烧竖窑的燃烧带烧嘴、预热器、除尘器等技术改造,克服了高炉煤气热值低,工艺设备条件不利的因素,使竖炉能耗降低,石灰产量、质量提高。

The paper analyzes the current situation of lower heat value of fuel after BF gas and coke oven gas mixture is changed into pure BF gas for the supply of the gas fired lime kiln.The factors of low heat value of BF gas and disadvantaged conditions of process equipment are overcome through modifications on burners at combustion zone,preheaters and deduster at lime kiln.The energy consumption is lowered and the lime output and quality are raised.
