This paper introduces the working principle of the intelligent controller for sand filtration. SCM is used as core controller, TLC0832 as A/D switchover, AT24C16 as data memorizer, DS1302 as calerdar and timer, and MAX813 as watchdog circuit. The ways of their hardware design and software design are illustrated in detail.
