On July 18,2007,Jinan City was overtaken by the flood calamity of the catastrophic rainstorm,which causes the serious loss.The article focuses analysis on the main reason to cause'7.18'Flood Calamity,and puts forward the main countermeasures to perfect the urban flood prevention system of Jinan City.
