摘要
随着城市阶段性发展,城市原有的污水系统亟待改造和发展才能满足当前城市对环境保护的要求。该文以保定市市区污水管网改造工程为例,从规划的背景、规划内容及产生的经济效应和环境效应各方面,对城市污水系统改造规划方法进行了探讨。
With the urban staged development,the original urban sewage system can meet the requirements of the present city for the environmental protection urgently to be reconstructed and developed. Taking Baoding City Area Sewage Pipeline Network Reconstruction Project as an example, the article discusses the reconstruction planning and method of the urban sewage system from the aspects of the planning background,the planning contents,the produced economical effect and environmental effect.
