前列地尔治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON LIPO PGE1 IN PATIENTS WITH HERPES ZOSTER

目的:观察前列地尔注射液(alprostad il,PGE1)治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法:40例带状疱疹患者随机均分为2组,对照组给予泛昔洛韦、维生素B1、弥可保、奇曼丁口服,并给予炉甘石洗剂外敷;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用静脉注射前列地尔注射液7天。结果:治疗组的VAS评分在治疗后1d、3d、5d、7d、14d、30d与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组QS、QL评分在治疗后3d、5d、7d、14d比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组疱疹止疱、结痂、脱痂时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔注射液治疗带状疱疹安全、有效。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of PGE1 in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods ：40 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups：control and trial group. Famciclovir, vit B1, methycobal, tramcontin, calamine lotion were used in both groups. Lipo PGE1 was used in the trial group additionally for 7 days. Results ： Visual analogue scales （VAS） were significant difference between the two groups in 1 d, 3 d ,5 d ,7 d, 14 d, 30 d after treatment. Quality of sleep （ QS ） and quality of life （QL） were also significant differences between the two groups 3d,5d,7d,14d after treatment. The time for stopping vesication, incrustation and decrustation in trial group were obviously shorter than those in control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The results suggest that Lipo PGE1 is safe and effective in the treatment of herpes zoster.
