神经妥乐平治疗腰椎术后综合症疗效观察

CLINICAL EFFECT OF NEROTROPIN IN TREATING FAILED BACK SURGERY SYNDROME

目的:评价神经妥乐平治疗腰椎术后综合症的疗效。方法:将36例腰椎术后综合症患者随机分为两组,治疗组应用神经妥乐平,共21例;对照组应用基础治疗,共15例。应用NRC评价患者疼痛程度、Oswestry D isability Index(OD I)量表评估患者生活质量,分别在治疗前、治疗后2个月、6个月及12个月进行。结果:治疗组在治疗后2个月NRC、OD I评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月及12个月治疗组与对照组之间无明显差别。结论:神经妥乐平治疗腰椎术后综合症有效,可以短期内缓解疼痛、麻木等不适,减轻活动障碍,提高患者生活质量,其疗效维持至少2个月。

Objectives： To asses the effect of nerotropin on the patients with failed back surgery syndrome. Methods： 36 failed back surgery syndrome cases were divided into two groups randomly, the group which is treated by nerotropin including 21 cases and the control group which is received the basic treatment including 15 cases. The NRC and Oswestry Disability Index （ODI） were observed and documented at the beginning of the treatment,2 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment respeetirely. Results ： The effect of the test group was better than those in compared group after 2 months treatment （P 〈 0.05）, there were no difference between the two groups 6 and 12 month after control treatment. Conclusion： Nerotropin is effective in the treatment of Failed Back Surgery Syndrome, The effect could last two month at least, which can reduce the pain, numbness, soften the disability of motion and improve the quality of life.
