摘要
针对目前国内自动售货机因机器故障或其他未知因素导致的吞币现象,设计并实现了一套解决此问题的掉货检测系统;此系统采用AT89S52单片机,利用红外线的直线传播与叠加原理实现,设计的硬件电路简单,具有高抗干扰能力、故障识别能力强的特点;同时阐明了实现的原理、电子器件选择的约束条件、检测识别算法,并给出了各种重要参数的确定方法,在实践中具有很好的应用价值。
To solve the problew of swallow currency by vending machines resulted from machine failure or other unknown factors, a SecureVend System based on infrared was designed and realized. This system adopted the single computer AT89S52, the hardware circuit was very simple and it had the characteristics of high anti-jamming capabilities and a strong ability to identify. In addition, this article illuminate the realization prineipium, the restriction condition of selecting electronic apparatus, the identification arithmetic, and then present the method of confirming important parameters. It has a good value in the practice.
