摘要
航空电源地面测试是保证航空安全的重要步骤,而对大量同一类产品进行全面检测是一项十分冗余、繁琐的工作;针对这一要求以及航空电机检测过程中的测试要求,设计了一种结合嵌入式技术、串行通信、计算机测控技术及变频调速技术的航空电源专用地面测控系统;描述了系统的软硬件结构和各部分的功能,并介绍了一些关键数据分析处理算法;该系统目前已投入了实际运行,并取得了良好的使用效果。
Aviation power source ground test is an important process to ensure the security of aviation, but to test abundant product of same kind is a super redundancy and fussy work. A computer special automatic test system is designed in allusion to this request, which integrates the embedded technology, serial communication, computer control technology and variable frequency speed adjusting technology. Described the structure and function of the software and hardware system and introduced some pivotal algorithms for data processing. It is successfully applied in practice.
