摘要 根据某水电站闸门地理位置分散的特点和控制要求,设计和开发了基于PLC、工业以太网和组态软件的闸门监控系统,网络结构采用了C/S和B/S混合的集成模式,实现了对该水电站四扇闸门的自动控制;详细介绍了系统组成及硬件、软件设计,针对流量控制的非线性,水位的自动控制采用模糊自整定PID策略;该系统集现场监控、远程监控和视频管理于一体,具有通信速度高、实时性好、可靠性高等特点,目前已投入实际应用。 According to the distributing feature and control requirements of hydropower station sluices, the supervisory control system for sluices based on PLC, industrial Ethernet and configuration software is designed and developed. Network architecture of the system using C/S and B/S integrated mixed-mode, thus realizing the automatic control of the four sluices of the hydropower station. The system configuration and hardware, software design are introduced in detail. For the non-linear characteristic of flow control, fuzzy self-tuning PID strategy is applied to the water level control. The system is integrated with field control, remote supervisory control, video and management. It has the features of high communication speed, good real-time property and high reliability, and has been put into actual applications.
