摘要
为适应我国供水事业现代化发展的要求,建设自动化供水站,实现供水管理现代化,根据农村供水工程的特点,利用现代信息技术设计和供水自动监控系统的设计方法,提出了一种基于组态软件和多串口通讯的变频调速恒压供水监控系统设计方案,详细讨论了系统硬件的组成、工作原理、运行方式,并介绍了三维力控的组态软件PCAuto6.0在恒压供水控制系统中的应用;该系统具有功能完善、运行稳定、可靠性高、节能效果显著和性价比高等特点,并已成功应用于农村供水工程中。
In order to adapt to the modernized development of water supply industry in our country and build automatic supply station for water management modernization, according to the characteristics of water supply project in country, with the information technologies, communication technology and microcomputer control technology, the paper briefly introduces a constant pressure water supply system with variable frequency based on industrial control Configiration Software and multiple serial port communication. The structure, working principle, operation mode are discussed in detail. This paper also presents the application of 3-D Software PC Auto6.0 set in auto-control system of constant pressure water supply. The system features comprehensive functions, steady operation, high reliability, prominent energy- saving effects and high cost--effectiveness, and constant pressure based KingView are introduced. It has been successfully applied to country water supply.
