摘要 煤矿作业中瓦斯浓度检测仪器必不可少,现提出一种基于非色散红外光谱吸收原理的新型瓦斯浓度检测仪;DYNAMENT公司生产的MSH-HC/TC传感器,以及MSP430F157为设计的核心元器件;详细阐述了红外瓦斯传感器的工作原理、瓦斯浓度检测仪的硬件设计和控制软件设计的实现方法;实验表明,该瓦斯浓度检测仪具有检测精度高、检测范围宽、响应时间快、无需定期标定的特点。 It is absolutely necessary to have a methane density detector in the working of coal mine. Now a new-type methane density detector is put forward which is based on non-dispersive infrared spectrum absorptive fundamentals. In this design scheme, the key ele-ents are a sensor named MSH-HC/TC manufactured by DYNAMENT and a MCU marked MSP430F157. The operational principle of the infrared methane sensors, hardware and software implementation schemes of the methane density detector are introduced in detail. The experiment result indicates that the detector has the good characteristics of high detection accuracy, wide detection range, fast response time, and no scheduled calibration periods.
