摘要
在船舶主机遥控系统中,重要开关量输入接口通常采用模拟量信号输入的方法进行监测,以确保对线路状态的检测。然而目前的监测接口,都未设置绝缘下降状态的报警功能,在线路绝缘下降时将引起主机保护误动作,这对船舶安全构成威胁。为此有必要对重要开关量输入接口提出新的设计方案。通过分析实际接口的信号和状态,提出了在接口信号正常与信号异常状态之间增加了对绝缘下降状态的检测与判断,使接口检测的可靠性得到提高,从而保证船舶的安全航行。
Using analog circuits as important on-off interface to check signal lines simultaneously is the common pracrice in the design of marine main engine remote control system. But those designs cannot give alarm when insulation of lines getting worse and erroneous protection action to main engine may occur so as to threaten ship safety. So, it is necessary to put forth a new scheme for important on-off interface of main engine control systems. By analyzing actual interface signals related to line status, the inspection and judgment for isolation condition are made. This design improves interface reliability, hence, ship navigations safety.
