泰安市社区已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染现状及服务对策研究

Service Countermeasures and Current Status of Reproductive Tract Infections of Married Women of Reproductive Age in Tai'an Municipal Communities

目的了解泰安市社区已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染(RTI)现状及影响因素,探索一种新型的生殖健康服务模式,为促进妇女健康措施的制定提供科学依据。方法对1982名社区已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查,现场询问有关病史;妇科检查,实验室检查,B超检查明确诊断。全部资料采用PEMS3.0和SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析,计数资料作χ2检验。结果泰安市社区已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染率为50.10%,以宫颈炎的感染率最高为10.39%。生殖道感染与年龄、职业、文化程度、家庭经济状况、卫生习惯都密切相关,但妇女对RTI有关知识及预防措施知晓率较低。结论要加强育龄妇女生殖保健服务,建立新型的社区生殖服务模式,发挥计划生育机构优势,通过各种渠道、各种形式开展有关生殖道感染的危害性和防治知识教育,提高自我保健意识和生殖健康水平。

Objective To investigate influential factors and status of reproductive tract infections （RTIs） in married women of reproductive age in Tai＇an municipal communities, and to explore a new - style service model of reproductive health and to provide evidence for constitution of service countermeasures for improving women＇s health. Methods A total of 1982 married women of reproductive age in Tai＇an municipal communities were investigated through methods of questionnaire survey, on - the - spot inquiry, gynecological examination, lab examination and B -ultrasonography. Statistical analysis was performed using PEMS 3.0 and SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results The prevalence rate of RTIs was 50. 10%, and the prevalence rate of cervicitis was highest （ 10. 39% ） among RTIs. The prevalence rate of RTIs was closely related to ages, occupations, educational degrees, domestic economies, and sanitation habits. And few women knew knowledge about RTIs and related preventive measures. Conclusion Women＇s self-health care and level of reproductive health should be improved. New - style reproductive heatlh service model should be established to exert the advantage of family planning organization. Information and education about prevention and harm of RTIs should be propagated.
