摘要
采用Sn(Sn[1])和二元Sn合金(Sn[2])制成心电电极。实验表明:选用同一种电极胶,后者的模拟除颤恢复性能优于前者,这主要是因为后者是两相组织,微电池作用大,电极表面的腐蚀程度大。改变电极胶的pH值,pH值越小,腐蚀程度越大,模拟除颤恢复性能越好。因此,降低电极胶的pH值有利于改善Sn基心电电极的模拟除颤恢复性能。
Tin and tinalloy are used to make ECG electrodes. Results show that with the identical electrode gel simulated defibrillation recovery (SDR) of tinalloy is better than tin. It is the reason that Sn is an alloy with the structure of two phases, action of microcells and corrosion on its surface is greater than that on Sn. The lower pH value is, the greater corrosion and the better SDR will be. Therefore, lower pH value of electrode gel can improve SDR of tinseries ECG electrodes.
