联合方案治疗晚期食管癌的临床研究及护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Chrono-chemotherapy on Advanced Esophageal Cancer Patients

目的探讨时辰化疗联合放疗治疗晚期食管癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法对85例晚期食管癌患者随机分为时辰组42例和常规组43例。两组患者均采用相同放射治疗方法。观察两组治疗效果和毒副反应。结果时辰组总有效率明显高于常规组,P=0.011。时辰组毒副反应显著低于常规组,P<0.01。结论时辰化疗联合放射治疗是一种治疗晚期食管癌的有效方法。

Objective To observe the effect of chrono-chemotherapy on advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 85 cases were randomly divided into two groups which included chrono-chemotherapy group 42 cases and routine-chemotherapy group 43 cases. All patients were also treated by the same irradiation therapy. The effects and toxic reactions of the two groups patients were observed. Results The total effective rate was respectively in the chrono-chemotherapy group and the routine-chemotherapy group. The cases of nausea, vomiting, bone marrow depression and alopecia in than chrono-chemotherapy group were lower than those of the routine-chemotherapy group. Conclusion The chrono-chemotheray has the good effect and also it has the low toxicity in the therapy of advanced esophageal cancer.
