Cox7a2在小鼠睾丸支持细胞中的表达及定位

摘要 不育症的发病机制与支持细胞功能障碍有关,但是否与线粒体有关至今仍不清楚。本研究通过原代细胞培养以及荧光共定位技术,观察小鼠睾丸支持细胞中Cox7a2的表达与定位。通过纯化的支持细胞,在荧光显微镜下观察到了线粒体中Cox7a2的表达。从而为探讨支持细胞线粒体功能障碍的研究打下了基础。
