摘要
选用日常检测中常用的李斯特氏菌快速检测系统VIDAS LMO2、Reveal Listeria、VIP Listeria、Du-Pont Listeria和GeneQuence Listeria分别对150个人工污染样品进行检测,引用层次分析法对影响使用的因素(检测时间、成本等)进行综合比较。将总权重设为1,其中VIDAS的权重为0.2018,Reveal的权重为0.1971,VIP的权重为0.1907,DuPont的权重为0.2071,GeneQuence的权重为0.2032。其优先顺序为:Du-Pont、GeneQuence、VIDAS、Reveal、VIP。
To compare the advantages and disadvantages of Listeria rapid detection methods. VIDAS LMO2, Reveal Listeria, VIP Listeria, DuPont Listeria and GeneQuence Listeria were used to respectively detect 150 artificial pollution samples. Analytic Hierachy Process was quoted to compare these methods. If total score of weight function is 1, the weights of VIDAS LMO2, Reveal Listeria, VIP Listeria, DuPont Listeria and GeneQuenee Listeria are 0. 2018, 0. 1971, 0. 1907, 0. 2071 and 0. 2032 respectively. The priority order of alternative methods by high to low is DuPont Listeria, GeneQuence Listeria, VIDAS LMO2, Reveal Listeria, and VIP Listeria.
