摘要
目的:探讨冠脉再通后不同时间病变血管对不同剂量P物质的内皮依赖性舒张效应。方法:冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)后进行P物质负荷冠脉造影,并与生理盐水和硝酸甘油组对照;采用密度测量法测量狭窄段和缺血段管腔直径。结果:PTCA后P物质各组对缺血段均有良好的舒张效应。各组缺血段与狭窄段的舒张反应差异性不显著。P物质对术后3个月病变血管的舒张效应明显优于手术后第1天。结论:PTCA后早期病变血管对P物质的反应能力较低。
Objective: This paper was designed to evaluate the endothelium-dependent vasodilation effect on affected vessel by different doses of substance P (SP) in different times after coronary artery revascularization. Methods: We conducted coronary arteriography (CAG) in 13 patients with coronary artery disease with SP load on the first day and 3 months after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). In control group we administered normal saline or nitroglycerin. Coronary artery luminal diameters of constrictive and ischemic segments were measured separately on the recorded film by density measurement. Results: 40 ng, 135 ng SP dilated the ischemic segment of coronary artery on the first day. All doses of SP dilated the ischemic segment 3 months after TPCA. There was no difference in vasodilation effect between constrictive and ischemic segments in all the groups. The vasodilation effect was better in 3 months after PTCA than that on the first day after PTCA. Conclusions: The affected vessels showed lower reactivity early after PTCA than that in 3 months thereafter. The vasodilation effect recovered obviously.
