团体辅导对中职护生职业生涯规划的影响

Influence of group consultation on career planning of middle vocational school

目的:探索团体辅导对中职护生职业生涯规划的影响。方法:通过采用自制调查问卷,了解中职护生的职业生涯规划现状,对突出问题进行团体辅导。采用事后比较法观察团体辅导后中职护生在自我了解、生涯规划现状、未来规划、职业期望、生涯规划意识等方面的变化。结论:团体辅导后中职护生在自我了解、生涯规划现状、未来规划、职业期望、生涯规划意识5个方面与辅导前均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:团体辅导对中职护生增加自我了解、促进个性特长、增加职业期望、增强职业意识、培养职业兴趣、锻炼职业意志、发掘职业潜能等方面均有较为明显的促进和提高作用。

Objective： To explore the influence of group consultation on career planning of middle vocational school students. Methods： Authors investigated the present situation of middle vocational school students＇ career planning by self-made questionnaire. Then group consultation was organized to solve the primary problems. The students＇serf cognition, present and future career planning, career expectation and consciousness of career planning before and after the consultation were collected. Result： All five aspects of the students career planning including their self cognition, present and future career planning, career expectation and consciousness of career planning improved significantly after the group consultation （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： It was showed that students＇ self cognition, career expectation, consciousness of career planning, their personality and career interest could be promoted by group consultation.
