摘要
介绍了用于高炉/回转炉煤粉喷吹的自动控制系统,包括软硬件及网络配置和喷吹控制工艺。研究了无料位探测仪器的间接计量罐内煤粉方法,根据罐重减少与时间累积得到喷吹速度,再乘以周期数,得到每小时的煤粉喷吹量数据。针对由于喷煤速度计算时使用时间基数造成的喷煤速度控制出现异常现象,采用变化率限幅方法加以解决。
An automatic control system of coal powder injection in blast furnace/rotary kiln is introduced, which included hardware and software, network allocation, and injection control technology. The method using detecting instrument without bunk position to indirectly measure pulverized coal in pots is studied. The injection speed is obtained based on the reducing of pot weight and time accumulation, which times cycle number, the data of pulverized coal injection quantity per hour can be obtained. In view of the abnormal phenomenon of injection speed control because of the time base using to calculate the injection speed, the method of limitting deformation rate is adopted to solve it.
