摘要
对全计算法等三种高性能混凝土配合比方法进行了分析,提出了一种充分考虑混凝土耐久性的配合比优化设计方法。针对普遍存在的对耐久性评价模糊问题,建立了以最大表观密度为目标函数的优化模型,通过表观密度和孔隙分布判断所配制混凝土的耐久性能,是否与使用环境相适应以及满足混凝土工作性、强度和耐久性等三方面性能要求。实例证明了本文方法的可行性。
By analyzing the three methods such as overall calculation method of high performance concrete mixing, an optimal mixing design method, which fully considered the high durability of concrete, was presented. According to the common problem of durability evaluating with fuzziness, an optimal model which takes advantages of object fucntion of maximum apparent density was constructed. This model measures the enviromental adaptability of mixed concrete by leveraging the apparent density and the pore distribution in order to satisfy the three performance requirements of workability, strength, and durabiltiy of concrete.
