Local governmental function in undertaking industrial transformation

分析目前我国各地区间产业转移的总体趋势,阐述经济欠发达地区政府在承接产业转移过程中,应着重做好基础设施建设、投资服务、产业规划、产业准入、产业配套等几方面工作,并针对产业转移的特点提出环境招商和产业链招商的具体建议。

The general tendency of industrial transformation in different regions in China at present was analyzed. It is elaborated that the governments in less developed regions should do some work such as in-frastructural construction, investment service, industrial planning and entry as well as supporting measures during the process of undertaking industrial transformation. In view of the charater of industrial transformation, some specific suggestions of investment attraction from the perspective of providing high quality environment and standpoint of industrial chain are proposed.
