小儿心导管术检查护理相关性因素分析

Analysis of Relativity Factor for Check-up and Tending during the Cardiac Catheterization in Infant-wean

目的通过对54例先天性心脏病患儿心导管检查过程中护理状况的观察和分析,探讨小儿心导管检查过程中护理工作的特点、方法及注意事项。方法总结1998～2006年间我院进行心导管检查的小儿患者的全部临床资料,重点分析小儿心导管检查术前、术中及术后的护理内容及方法,总结对小儿心导管检查全过程中的护理重点、护理方法及注意事项。结果54例小儿在心导管检查中出现心律失常2例,血压一过性降低1例,心跳减慢2例,缺氧发作1例,寒战发热1例。无一例致死性并发症发生。结论做好小儿心导管检查的术前准备、术中观察、术中配合以及术后护理是小儿心导管检查成功的前提和保证。

Objective To discuss the characteristic,methods and points for attentions of nursing during the check-up through observation and analysis of nursinge status in examining of cardiac catheterization in 54 cases infant-wean with congenital cardiopathy. Methods The all of the clinic information of the infant-wean with congenital cardiopathy in course of 1998 - 2006 was look over and nurse means during cardiac catheterization and emphases were summing-up. Results Arrhythmia 2 cases and blood pressure fall with transitoriness 1 cases and heartbeat slower 2 cases and anoxic paroxysm 1 cases and chill fever 1 cases and without decease. Conclusion Plenituding preparative in front and observing during the examining and nursing afterexamining were precondition and ensure for the cardic catheterization in infant-wean.
