Photobiological Safety of LED and Its Application in Humans Biology

摘要 LED是继传统光源之后的新型光源,它高光效、节能、单色性、高可靠性的特点使其广泛应用于各类领域。LED不仅在照明领域发展迅速,更逐渐在提高人类生活质量的其他方面崭露头角,例如:LED美容灯,提高工作效率的特殊灯具以及其他各种应用在农业、生物、医学领域的产品等等。与此同时,各测试机构或团体参考各种相关标准对LED的安全性能进行评估。随着国际上LED安全标准相继推出,无安全标准的时代已宣告结束。本文简要介绍CIE和IEC有关LED光生物安全性标准,并说明LED在帮助改善非规律工作人群生活上的特殊应用。 LED is the new generation of light source following conventional light sources. With the advantages of high efficiency, energy-saving, homochromatism, high reliability, LEDs are widely used anywhere. It not only has been rapidly developed in lighting field, but other aspects to improve living quality of human as well, such as the LED cosmetic lamps, special fixtures and products in both agriculture and biology medical fields. Moreover, many measurement organizations and institutes have begun to evaluate LED safety according to related standards. Along with the appearance of global LED safety standards, age of non-safety standard has been ended. This paper mainly introduces CIE and IEC requirements on LED safety and gives a brief illustration on LED special usage in helping to improve the life of people who have rotating night-shift work.
