河北省农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染现状调查

Survey on the Status of RTI among Married Reproductive Aged Women in Rural Areas of Hebei Province

目的:了解河北省农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染现状。方法:采用整群分级抽样的方法在河北省11个设区市所辖乡镇中抽取22个行政村,对3359例年龄22～45岁农村已婚育龄妇女进行生殖道感染检查。结果:有1653例患有生殖道感染等妇科疾病,总患病率为49.21%。其中慢性宫颈炎1044例(31.08%),细菌性阴道病、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病和滴虫性阴道炎等阴道炎患者485例(14.44%)。结论:降低农村生殖道感染是计划生育技术服务工作的主要内容之一,建议成立由各级领导参与、科研技术机构为指导、以基层技术服务网络为依托的综合服务体系,为农村已婚育龄妇女提供优质高效的技术服务。

Objective： To investigate the status of reproductive tract infection （RTI） among married reproductive aged women in rural areas of Hebei province. Methods ： 22 villages were selected from 11 cities of Hebei province using cluster - multistage sampling method, and 3,359 rural married reproductive aged women （22 -45 years old） were examined for RTI. Results： 1,653 women （49. 21% ） were found with gynecological diseases such as RTI. Among them, there were 1,044 cases （31.08%） with chronic cervicitis, and 485 cases （ 14.44% ） with vaginitis such as bacterial vaginosis, vulvo vaginal candidiasis and trichomonas vaginitis. Conclusion ： The decrease of RTI in rural areas is one of the main contents of family planning technical services. It is suggested that comprehensive service system, which is guided by scientific institutes and depends on the network of grass - roots technical services with the participation of leaders, should be established to provide high - quality and effective technical services for rural married reproductive aged women.
