摘要 自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)是控制系统频率和区域间联络线交换功率按计划运行的重要手段。频率偏差系数K对于控制系统稳定和频率恢复起着重要作用。频率偏差较小时,设置区域的最理想频率偏差系数与本区域的自然频率相等,但当区域受到较大扰动时可能不利于系统频率恢复。文中在动态系数法的基础上,综合考虑区域之间AGC配合,确定了在各种扰动发生情况下区域频率偏差系数的方法。算例分析表明,采用该方法有助于提高频率质量,减少无谓控制,改善系统的频率控制特性。 Automatic generation control (AGC) is an important means to regulate system frequency and inter-region tie-line power flow operation as planned. The selection of frequency bias coefficient K is of crucial importance to system stability and frequency recovery. When the disturbance is small, the most ideal condition is to set the regional frequency bias coefficient K be equal to natural frequency characteristic, however when the disturbance is large, such a setting may be not favorable to the recovery of system frequency. Based on dynamic coefficient method and comprehensively considering the inter-regional coordination of AGC, a method to determine inter-regional frequency bias coefficient under various disturbances is proposed in this paper. Analysis of calculation examples shows that the proposed method is conductive to improve both power system frequency quality and frequency control characteristic as well as reduce senseless control.
