炉卷轧机两侧卷取速度对带钢厚度的影响

Research for coiler speed influence on exit strip gauge in a Steckel Mill

摘要 以某钢厂炉卷轧机为对象,设计瞬态响应实验,采集炉卷轧机瞬态响应输入输出数据,应用Matlab2007b的系统辨识工具箱,辨识出炉卷轧机前后卷取炉带钢线速度变化与轧制厚度输出变化之间的线性时不变传递函数模型,并对这些辨识模型分析和评价,为设计炉卷轧机自适应控制器及进一步研究炉卷轧机提供了基础。 Some transient response experiments was designed on a Steckel mill so that the input and output rolling data was gathered. These data was processed and used to establish LTI gauge control transfer function models of Steckel mill by Matlab2007b system identification toolbox. And then these models was analyzed and validated. This work provided scientific reference for designing self- adaptive controller and further study and improvement on Steckel mill control.
