摘要
设计了采用旋转编码器、以PLC为控制处理器的车用厢板长度测量系统,分析了长度测量的实现方法及影响长度最小分辨率的因素,研究了提高长度测量精度的方法和产生干扰的多种因素,实现了控制系统的可靠工作。
By rotary encoder the motor car plate length measuring system is designed for the PLC as control processor, the length measurement method and the factors that impact the minimum length resolution are analyzed, the methods that improve the accuracy of length measurement and a variety of factors that produce interference are studied, so reliable work is achieved for the control system.
