基于GSM的电机智能监测系统的研究与实现

The reaserch on intelligent monitor system of asynchronous motor based on Global System for Mobile Communications

针对目前电动机群保护系统智能化程度比较低,电动机不能得到有效监控的问题,提出了一种基于GSM的电动机智能监测系统,通过下位机实时采集电动机的工况量,利用GSM无线通讯网络把采集到的参数发送给上位机电动机专家诊断系统,专家系统对电动机出现的故障及时进行诊断和排除。从而实现电动机实时在线诊断和远程智能监控,大大提高了电动机监控系统的智能化程度。

This paper present a novel intelligent monitor system of asynchronous motor based on Global System for Mobile Communi- cations （GSM） for a better motor protection.The slave machine acquire operating mode quantity of asynchronous motor real-time,such as voltage,current,temperature,vibration, transmit those operating mode quantity to the expert system of asynchronous motor of master machine through wireless communication modem and expert system carry out the diagnosis and elimination of the malfunctions of asynchronous motor.So the intelligent monitor system improve the extent of intellgence of monitor of asynchronous motor and protect motor better.
