摘要
提出了通过改进多信号模型属性设置,由对产品组成单元故障影响的可达性分析得出故障影响及危害性,进而实现了FMECA自动化的设计思路,并予以了实现。详细说明了对多信号模型中故障模式和信号定义所作的主要改进,对基于多信号模型的故障影响分析方法、严酷度分析方法和危害度计算方法进行深入研究,并给出了具体示例。所提出的方法及所开发软件能够在多信号模型基础上自动完成故障影响分析,有助于工程技术人员方便、灵活地开展故障模式、影响及危害性分析,节省时间和精力。
The article presents a new approach for FMECA by revising the properties of multi-signal model and analyzing the reaehability of the effect of failure mode. And we developed the application soft by the new method. In the article, the improvements of multi-signal model in definitions of failure mode and signal are explained in detail. Also we studied and illustrated the analysis algorithms of failure mode effects, severity level and criticality. The application soft we studied can finish FMECA automatically on multi-signal model, and made FMECA easier and more convenient for technicians.
