摘要
本文通过借鉴我国相对成熟的资本市场的监管保障体系,认为我国现阶段黄金市场的监管应遵循均衡发展、适度水平、促进发展的理念,遵循国家责任和公民权、普遍性原则,逐步完善监管法律法规,构建监管层次,规范协调各部门和市场参与主体的交易制度,加强多层次市场建设,促进黄金市场创新发展。
In this thesis, the author attempts to discuss the paths of enhancing harmonious supervision of gold market based on the theories of social security. Using the experience of the supervision system in our capital market for reference, the article advances many specific proposals to promote the innovative development of gold market
