Medical Engineering Division Implement Delicacy Management

随着管理学的不断发展,精细化管理已经成为目前最科学、最实用的管理方法。本文简单阐述了精细化管理的理论,并结合我院医学工程科的实际,说明开展精细化管理的详细过程和取得了哪些进步。

With the continuous development of management studies, the delicacy management has become the most scientific and the most practical method of management. This paper described a simple theory of the delicacy management, and combined with actual instance of medical engineering division in our hospital to illustrate the detailed process and what progress had been made of developing delicacy management.
