固网智能化软交换系统设计

Intelligentized PSTN system based on softswitch

由于软交换技术可以屏蔽业务和网络差异,具有业务开发周期短,开发成本低和运行维护简单的优点,因此将其引入到固网智能化中。结合甘肃电信的实际情况,分析了现有网络在服务质量、新业务支持和网络管理等方面存在的不足。针对存在的问题设计了利用软交换技术实现固网智能化的方案,并从网络结构、信令组织方式、路由组织、对IP承载网的要求及网络管理等方面详细地阐述了其实现的关键技术。实际运行表明,该设计能够较好地解决网络的后续发展问题。

Softswitch technology can shield the difference between applications and network, and has extraordinary predominance at shorten service development cycle, reduce cost and simplify operational maintenance. The insufficiency of QoS, new application support and network management are analyzed incorporation with the practical situation of Gansu telecom.To solve the insufficiencies, a scheme ofusing softswitch technology in intelligentized PSTN is proposed, and the critical technologies ofnetwork structure,signaling, routing,request to IP supporting network and network management are introduced in detail. Practical result shows that this scheme is suitable for the applications of intelligentized PSTN.
