摘要
针对数据库系统应用程序的移植问题,分析了ODBC的层次结构,提出了利用ODBC实现数据库独立的设计思路,并以Oracle 9i数据库系统为例,介绍了在VB 6.0下开发可移植数据库应用程序的常用方法。通过在系统环境中配置ODBC数据源,应用控件技术,建立了应用程序与数据库的层次连接,实现了各模块功能的相对独立,为数据库系统的开发、移植提供了一种有效的途径。
Towards the application transplant problem in database system, the ODBC hiberarchy is analyzed, the design thought for database independency by ODBC is proposed, and take Oracle 9i database system as an example, the common methods for develop transplantable database applications in VB 6.0 are introduced. By configure the ODBC data source in system environment and use the control technology, the layered connection is established for application with database, and the relative independency of each module function is realized. An effective way for database system development and transplant is provided.
