64排螺旋CT血管造影对冠状动脉桥血管病变的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价64排螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)对冠心病患者旁路移植(CABG)术后冠状动脉桥血管病变的诊断价值。方法:以选择性冠状动脉造影(SCA)为金标准,采用64排螺旋CT对46例冠心病CABG术后患者可评估的114条桥血管进行分析,评价其诊断冠状动脉桥血管病变的敏感性和特异性。结果:CTA能够清晰判断CABG术后患者桥血管通畅、显著狭窄或闭塞,并能清楚显示桥血管吻合口的情况。CTA正确诊断22处病变,漏诊1处,误诊3节段;敏感性96%,特异性97%,阳性预测率88%,阴性预测率99%;准确率96%。结论:CTA显示冠状动脉桥血管图像清晰,具有诊断价值,可作为评价冠状动脉桥血管病变的一种重要无创手段。
